I have only good things to say about Tasca in Hartsdale. We had a stellar experience with our salesman Marvin who was courteous and attentive without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. The entire process of arranging a test drive and then finalizing the sale went smoothly with very clear and efficient communication. I am thrilled with my Hyundai Tuscon which truly offers a lot of bang for the buck and is super comfortable to drive. Had my first service appointment yesterday. That too went smoothly. Additional services were offered than what falls under the warranty and service agreement. I leave it to you to decide if you can exchange an air filter yourself. ;) Again friendly staff. It took less than two hours and from the communication to the appointment everything worked like clockwork making for a hasslefree experience. I am very happy with this car dealership and glad to have them nearby.

Had the most incredible experience at Hyundai Tasca! Donovan, Robert, and Sincere couldn’t have been more helpful. Whether handling a recall, bringing it in for an oil change, or getting it detailed, they always made sure everything was taken care of. Their customer service has continued to be exceptional. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s rare to find a dealership that provides this level of service from start to finish. I highly recommend Hyundai Tasca and am so grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received every time I’ve been there!

Based on service alone I give tasca hyundai 5 Stars. Specifically (I believe his name was Brian Valentin) Gave amazing service. He was professional and communicated everything to make sure I understood what was going on beginning to end. My circumstance with my car is not ideal to say the least and he was very empathetic, patient and HONEST with his feedback as to what to do which I find rare in the car service industry. He is the only reason I even am leaving a review. If ever needed, I would ask to deal w him. Stand up human being for sure!

My 2026 Tucson went into safe mode I couldn't power up the engine Tasca was the closest dealership it was around 215 p. m Even though I did not purchase this vehicle from this dealership I explained my particular situation to the general manager unfortunately I didn't get his name but he seems to be the man in charge that I needed this car for medical reasons he took me in immediately and serviced the vehicle with expertise and patience I was impressed and thankful for the manager and for the service technicians that worked on my car

I dealt with four different employees at this dealership and conveniently none of them are listed below for review. They think every customer is the same and will fall for the same old tricks ( Bait n switch, try to get you to purchase a higher priced insurance just so you can drive away with the vehicle the same day. they use selected websites that generate unfavorable credit scores so they can charge their customers more.) News flash! some of us know the game and do our research. It was insulting how I went over just to pick up my 2026 Kona and was left waiting THREE hours, They made sure all the customers were gone before going back on their promise knowing that after three days of negotiating and letting them know I better not get any surprises, They were going to switch up on me. Apologizing that it was their fault for not telling me the most important part of the deal: TIER ONE CREDIT SCORE! I asked them multiple times if my credit score would affect the deal that they put on the table, called ME and even wrote it on a contract which I took photos of. Shame on you Tasca Hyundai, Do better!
