Hi my name is Dorian, What began as one of the most terrifying moments of my life ended with an experience I'll never forget because of the incredible people at Tasca Central Avenue Hyundai in Hartsdale. On the afternoon of Wednesday June 24th, 2026 While I was inside the dealership finishing up my service appointment, my 12-year-old son Jeremy was outside with my wife and older son. He suddenly told them he didn't feel well and then fainted. My wife and older son caught him before he could fall, and he went down to his knees. As I walked outside, I heard my wife calling for help. I ran toward them, and seeing my son like that absolutely broke my heart. Before I even reached him, an employee named Marvin was already there helping. Without hesitation, he called out to his coworkers to dial 911. Marvin helped me get my son safely inside the dealership, opened the doors for us, and escorted us into an employee-only room where I could sit with my son, comfort him, and wait for EMS. Throughout the entire ordeal, Marvin never stopped showing compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Soon after, other staff members came to check on us. Frank repeatedly asked if we needed water or anything else and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Josh was also incredibly caring and concerned. Even employees whose names I didn't get treated us with kindness and empathy. The Greenburgh EMS and Fire Department also responded and were absolutely outstanding. They were compassionate, professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of my son. Even after EMS had finished evaluating him, the staff at Tasca didn't rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. They graciously allowed us to remain in the employee room for as long as we needed while my vehicle was being serviced. The following day, I had to return to the dealership. As soon as I arrived, Sebastian greeted me and immediately asked how my son was doing. That simple act of remembering and genuinely caring meant more than I can put into words. What started as one of the scariest moments a parent can experience turned into something I'll never forget because of the compassion shown by the people at Tasca Central Avenue Hyundai. It's one thing to provide excellent vehicle service. It's another to show humanity, kindness, and love when someone is going through a family emergency. Because of the way Marvin, Frank, Josh, Sebastian, and the rest of the staff treated my family, I will remain a loyal customer indefinitely. Throughout the entire incident, he repeatedly checked on my family, asking if we needed water, food, or anything else to make us comfortable. He continued checking on us even after EMS had arrived and later after they had left, making sure my son was okay and that we had everything we needed. As a retired NYPD officer, I've spent years responding to emergencies. But that day, I wasn't a police officer—I was simply a frightened father. Frank's compassion, kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern helped bring comfort to my family during one of the most difficult moments we've ever experienced. His actions reminded me that there are still truly caring people in this world. Customer service is one thing, but genuine humanity is something entirely different. Frank displayed both. Because of employees like Frank, I will remain a loyal customer of Tasca Central Avenue Hyundai and will gladly recommend this dealership to others.
