An Outstanding Car-Buying Experience — Thank You, Michael & Michael! Let me start by saying I absolutely hate buying a new car! I never look forward to the negotiating, the back-and-forth, the paperwork, or the feeling that you have to stay on guard throughout the entire process. However, buying a 2027 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited turned out to be one of the most pleasant and satisfying car-buying experiences I have ever had, thanks to two outstanding gentlemen: Michael Devalle, my salesperson, and Michael, the Finance Manager. Now, I will admit I didn't walk into the dealership unprepared. I had done my homework. I researched the vehicle, knew the MSRP figures, reviewed the available options, and investigated the financing incentives and programs available to me as an existing Hyundai Motor Finance customer. I came prepared to discuss numbers, not play games. What impressed me most about Michael Devalle was his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with a customer who knew exactly what he wanted.
