I recently brought my 2020 Hyundai Elantra to Tasca Hyundai for a repair that was no longer covered under the vehicle’s warranty. Although the car is a 2020, it has only about 23,400 miles on it, and I was very pleased that Hyundai ultimately covered the repair in full as a goodwill gesture. I especially want to thank my service advisor, Donovan Aspinall, for working with me throughout the process and helping get the issue resolved. I appreciate his attention to my concerns and his efforts on my behalf. I’m very happy with the outcome and appreciate Hyundai standing behind the repair. I will definitely continue bringing my car to Tasca Hyundai for service in the future. Thank you to Donovan and the Tasca Hyundai team!

Start with the great assistance and service of Donovan and the team here. Provided me with a loaner, updates, and not one issue the entire time. Issue was fixed and flawless. I had a paint pealing issue with my Santa Fe White (Pearl) and I requested assistance from the original dealer. I was told this is not their problem and this is not enough evidence of “pealing”. I sought reaching out to corporate who assisted me with finding this location and a solution. Paperwork was the root cause of this issue. The original dealership didn’t want to push through paperwork for me and thought it was better to decline support. It is also interesting how $3,000 additional ceramic coating could be offered and that wouldn’t cover my issue. In the end I will drive to another location in another county to have this team help me from here on out!! Donovan and team have individually made my experience so good that I would now reconsider another Hyundai in the future. they should get an award or at least recognition.

Salesperson was fabulous, but service on 8/11 was not great. Nick was extremely rude & unpleasant. I hope I never have to deal with him again. All the other people I dealt with were great!

We called to check if they had a vehicle shown on the website. It was waiting for us when we arrived. Negotiation process was quick. They don’t have a lot of space for guest parking and offices so new spot in fall will be better customer experience.

Outstanding service Mr Donovan Aspinall it’s amazing with everything..

I brought my 23 Tucson in for 3 issues. The service techs quickly identified the them and ordered the necessary parts. All under warranty. When the parts came in a couple of days later, I got a call to make an appointment to come in for thoe repairs. Dropped the car back off on the morning of the appointment and they were done in a few hours. Picked up the car and everything is working great. Respect to my service advisor Robert. He was fantastic. Kept me updated when I needed to be and was upfront about time frames when I asked. Didn't get the run around. Be aware that they didn't have any loaners, even when warranty work was being done. They were 3 weeks out. Its not a deal breaker for me as my car was still drivable. The 20 route Westchester Beeline bus stop is right in front of the service department.
