If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am quite elderly and handicapped. I inquired by phone about a 2025 Kona list price $36,099, dealer advertised price $32799. I SPECIFALLY asked if the advertised price is the price I would pay absent tax, tags, and doc fees since unscrupulous "lie" about the price to lure you in. I was told YES!! It is very difficult for me to get around but I drove there and was told that the price advertised wasn't the price I would have to pay. The price was increased by $2,000!!!! I walked out. This is actually a five star place that I have been going to for around ten years. I am giving them three stars because I had my first bad experience. I had to get a rear wheel barring replaced. Marcos said that the rotter was rusty and pitted. He quoted me a price of $930. He ask me when was the last time I had an oil change. I didn't remember. We just bought a great new Hyundai Ionic 5 at Tasca. Overall the customer service was great. Renny Martinez was our salesperson and he was super nice, knowledgable, funny, and patient. The Finance Manager Maximo Almanzar was also wonderful to deal with and he gave us a very good deal. Edgar Palma patiently went through all the payment options with us and helped us through the final paperwork. Our only suggestion for improvement would be shortening the wait time to get into the finance office to close the deal and fill out the paperwork. Thanks, Tasca!!

I live in NJ and have two Hyundai dealers close to me yet drove ~30 minutes to Tasca - initially because of their large inventory. But then I had such a good experience when I went for test drives, especially with my sales person Rose, that I was happy to give this dealer my business. Everyting was smooth from first visit through delivery. My sales person Rose was very accomodating and patient on the test drives, did not 'pressure' me in any way, and provided timely and transparent follow-up communication. Highly recommend.

Took my 2024 Palisade here for it's 1st service. I missed my appointment at the place I purchased it and they weren't able to reschedule me until 2 weeks out. I called here and Marcos in service took care of me right away. They really took care of me ASAP.



Took 3 hours for maintenance even though was told less. There is seating but the waiting room is small. Waited outside waiting room and it was doable.
