Hi my name is Dorian, What began as one of the most terrifying moments of my life ended with an experience I'll never forget because of the incredible people at Tasca Central Avenue Hyundai in Hartsdale. On the afternoon of Wednesday June 24th, 2026 While I was inside the dealership finishing up my service appointment, my 12-year-old son Jeremy was outside with my wife and older son. He suddenly told them he didn't feel well and then fainted. My wife and older son caught him before he could fall, and he went down to his knees. As I walked outside, I heard my wife calling for help. I ran toward them, and seeing my son like that absolutely broke my heart. Before I even reached him, an employee named Marvin was already there helping. Without hesitation, he called out to his coworkers to dial 911. Marvin helped me get my son safely inside the dealership, opened the doors for us, and escorted us into an employee-only room where I could sit with my son, comfort him, and wait for EMS. Throughout the entire ordeal, Marvin never stopped showing compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Soon after, other staff members came to check on us. Frank repeatedly asked if we needed water or anything else and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Josh was also incredibly caring and concerned. Even employees whose names I didn't get treated us with kindness and empathy. The Greenburgh EMS and Fire Department also responded and were absolutely outstanding. They were compassionate, professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of my son. Even after EMS had finished evaluating him, the staff at Tasca didn't rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. They graciously allowed us to remain in the employee room for as long as we needed while my vehicle was being serviced. The following day, I had to return to the dealership. As soon as I arrived, Sebastian greeted me and immediately asked how my son was doing. That simple act of remembering and genuinely caring meant more than I can put into words. Polite people good service the only thing is the coffee machine did not work

Honestly I had a problem getting my right side mirror on my car. Replaced but Anthony was professional and explored all options and got me a good deal. And worked hard until I was satisfied with the results the work was great now I can safely drive my car.

All the service personnel were helpful and polite. Don, especially, was helpful. Since this was my first time there, he showed me where the waiting room was and took the time to explain and show me some features of my car. Based on this experience, I will be using this dealership in the future.

I went through the process of buying a new ‘26 Santa Fe in June, after tons of research and vetting online the Tasca team was the most competitive on price and communicative. Once in the dealership I worked with Joshua Hiraldo who was very friendly and welcoming. I normally don’t leave reviews. I felt compelled to after having the easiest car leasing experience I have ever had yesterday. I leased a 2026 Hyundai Kona from Tasca Hyundai. Before I even set foot in the store, their general manager John Renteria was 100% transparent with each step of the process. He was extremely responsive via email all week and sent me the terms of the deal. I walked in and he left me in the hands with a great salesman, Rennie, who took me on a test drive. When we got back, we started the paperwork and everything was exactly as we discussed. There were no hidden fees, extra charges slipped in, etc. I was in an out in roughly 90 minutes. When I arrived, they took me in right away. There was a limited place to sit and coffee, but no snacks. When I went to have my car repaired at Honda, they had a large waiting room the TV, coffee and snacks. It was very relaxing And when they told me my car was ready I had to stand around and wait for the person to get the paperwork in order and then when I asked for my car key, he disappeared for about 10 minutes doing things for other cars and then someone else brought me my key. I had to wait quite a while, which was difficult because I have a bad back and I can’t stand for that long. Everything should be ready to go when your car is finished with the repair.

Great Place to have your car serviced. The advisors are friendly and straightforward with information. The facilities are clean and the repairs didn’t take long at all.

I recently had a great experience at Kia specifically with Nuski. He accomplished getting me the best deal possible with payments that worked for me. He suggested a vehicle that I had not considered and I love it.

Edited to update: Thank you, Tasca, for reaching out to remedy this issue. Special shout out to Zu and Eric Valentin for their excellent customer service. We waited 2.5 hours assuming that the vehicle was being serviced. We check and nothing was accomplished because the right tire didn't arrive. No communication whatsoever.

It’s a good dealership, transparent pricing and nice people. Had a good time dealing with Josh and Jose. Communication is not their strong suit though and it’s hard to get anything done once you walk out of the dealership. For example, I was not able to register with MyHyundai app even after multiple follow-ups. One of the salesperson wanted me to come in person so that they can send me an email link and when I called out the absurdity, she hung up the phone on me.

Had a great experience with Tony. Was very flexible and reasonable in getting me into my desired car at a price point that worked for me.

Rose was my rep and she was amazing. Very down to earth, no BS. She was extremely truthful about the vehicle. When first arrive at this dealership, we walked around for a few mins and Rose was the only one who asked if we need help! I’d definitely recommend this deal ship specifically for rose!

And then when I went over to the finance department and sat down with Benny, what can I say he made that whole process again again so relaxing and stress-free because as we all know that’s where the real stress is lol. I had my Tucson hybrid in for service @ Tasca this week. I would like to commend Donovan in the Service Department. His help and attention during the last 2 years has been exemplary for both my car and my wife's Ioniq 6. His efforts this past week were no different. A 5 Star employee!

The service advisor was polite, he explained everything in detail. My vehicle was ready the same day. Everyone there was friendly and attentive to your needs.

Robert Hands down has been the best service advisor I have had. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was telling me about the coolant and brake fluid and how the service will be done. since I bought the car from central Ave Hyundai I will be coming back to service my car from now on.
