Service agent (Marcos) was excellent

Came in for a recall fix for the Ioniq 5. Didn't take too long and they let me wait in the showroom's waiting area which has coffee and some snacks. This was my first time ever getting maintenance done so special mention to Donovan who was very helpful and patient throughout.

Dealt with a pretty intense issue with my 202 Palisade's engine. The entire service crew at Tasca was awesome, especially Donovan at the service desk - extra special shout out to him.

STAFF was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and attentive to every step of the purchasing process. I would rate 10 or even better on a scale of 1 to 10. I left a very happy man.

Outstanding experience! I was shopping online and already pre-approved through my credit union when Josh reached out to invite me in for a test drive. I scheduled an appointment that same evening. Unfortunately, my credit union was dragging their feet, so Gabriel stepped in and asked if I’d like him to see if he could find a better deal. I was a bit hesitant about having my credit checked again, but I decided to take the chance — and I’m so glad I did! He not only found a better rate through another credit union, but made the entire process incredibly easy. I test drove the car and drove it home that same day. I usually create an appointment for whatever services I need and choose to wait at the dealer. In 2-3 hours my car is ready to go. The waiting area is nicely kept with refreshments and snacks. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. In my most recent visit, one of the service advisors (Marcos) was super helpful in breaking down everything for me. I have no complaints!

Excellent service and reasonable time for the work

Staff was friendly and they took care of my needs with professionalism. My only complaint is about the waiting room that has been redecorated and is not a comfortable waiting area. Not so sure why they removed the comfortable couches for hard severe seating.

This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made in my life. No bait and switch nonsense. Sales person was super knowledgeable about a car that is relatively complex. Their pricing was fair and wasn’t predicated on haggling for 15 hours. Plus, they seem to have the most stock of any dealer in the tri-state are including some of the cooler new colors that Hyundai offers. (I ended up going with deep sea blue on the Tucson hybrid I got. Renny, my sales person was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining the difference between the trim levels and got me into exactly the car I wanted to be in. Mike the manager was great too as was Benny the finance person who took care of the details on the lease. I really appreciated the fact that none of these guys played games. They even delivered the car to my house when I had a work conflict and couldn’t come in to pick it up. Very cool. I never leave reviews, but this experience was worth leaving one for. I would highly recommend the Tasca team. This is not your typical car dealership, that’s for sure. And by the way, if you haven’t seen or driven the 2025 Tucson yet do yourself a favor and check it out. Hands down the best design, tech, safety and value out there in my opinion.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Hybrid Elantra, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Alex B., our salesperson, was absolutely great—friendly, accommodating, and made the process seamless. Brian, the manager, was fantastic as well—he was approachable, worked with our budget, and made sure we left feeling confident about our purchase. Highly recommend them for varieties of used and new vehicles.

Very professional. Salesman was very articulate and answered my concerns with confidence. I knew what vehicle I wanted and cost going in, so there was no wasted time “talking to a manager”. Between test drive and finalizing price took about an hour and a half. I would recommend Abraham, my sales rep, in a heartbeat. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I had to drive 60+ miles to get there. Edit: Wife said it’s not their fault that we had to drive so far. I agree… Changed to 5 stars.

The price I was charged was substantially under than I was quoted by Suretsky Hyundai in Goshen and they were going to hold my car overnight. I would recommend Tasca to any Hyundai owner.
